Trend Plots with Pediatric and Fetal Z-scores (Boston)
Digisonics offers standard and enhanced Z-scores (such as Boston Children’s Hospital) for the pediatric package. Users can plot 1 or 2 measurements over time in order to track therapy or disease progression. These trend plots can be embedded directly in the Digisonics pediatric report. A full list of standard Digisonics Z-score measurements/calculations can be provided upon request.
Mullins Diagrams for Congenital Heart Defects
Congenital heart defect diagrams may be modified using graphical drawing tools and drop down labels with autopopulation of pressures and measurements from hemodynamics systems. The edited diagrams can be embedded directly in the pediatric report.
ACC IMPACT Registry Database Integration
Digisonics offers submission to the ACC IMPACT Registry Database for adult and pediatric patients with congenital heart disease undergoing diagnostic catheterization and catheter-based interventions.
Streamlined Pediatric Reporting Workflow
With the Digisonics SMART (Structured Macros and Report Templates) feature, users have the convenience of of quickly creating an entire report template through an intuitive, structured workflow. Clinicians can now quickly complete their structured reports with just a few clicks instead of working through multiple forms. In addition, database fields (such as study measurements and patient information) can be autopopulated directly into the report templates, providing intuitive workflow efficiencies. The SMART feature comes loaded with a comprehensive list of highly configurable congenital macros/templates.
Report formats, titles and logos can be easily customized to a facility’s personal specifications. The finalized structured report is stored in a central database for fast comparison of a patient’s studies across all cardiovascular modalities.
